Chart Notes:
I was wrong! "Float On" by Modest Mouse sees a 27% decrease in airplay,
allowing Loretta Lynn's "Portland, Oregon" to grab the number one spot in
spite of a 7% drop of its own. In three weeks, we'll see if Modest Mouse
is still around or if I go 0 for 2.
Oh, and stick around to see if Sonic Youth adds to their career
collection of number one hits.
Up and Coming:
Helio Sequence - "Repeater"
!!! - "Pardon My Freedom" & "Hello? Is This Thing On?"
A.C. Newman - "Miracle Drug"
Pedro the Lion - "Start Without Me"
Deeper Cuts:
Sonic Youth - "Stones"
