Chart Notes:
   This is College Air's 100th newsletter, something of a milestone for us.
During the coming weeks we will be expanding our service to include CD reviews,
time capsules, college radio trivia and other features.
   This week's chart is full of youngsters.  All of last year's hangers-on have
dropped off, and no current chart entry is more than six weeks old.
Accordingly, we have assembled 2003's countdown chart, which should be sent as
a special newsletter before the next weekly chart.
   Thanks to everyone who has taken an interest in College Air, helped our
newsletter and community grow.  We still believe this is the greatest music on
Earth, and are proud to help chronicle its path.
