Chart Notes:
You can count on your fingers the number of artists who have charted two top-5 songs from a single album in the nearly two years since College Air began. Death Cab for Cutie joins that list this week, as they simultaneously debut a pair of new cuts at numbers 3 & 5!
For those who haven't kept track, the other acts to chart pairs of top-5 hits are: the Smashing Pumpkins; ...And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead, (who've done it twice); Beck; Cat Power; the Yeah Yeah Yeahs (who charted three top-5s from one album); Radiohead; and Firewater. The I Am Sam soundtrack landed two top-5 hits as well, by Eddie Vedder and Rufus Wainwright.

Up and Coming:
   Shins - "So Says I"
Decemberists - "The Bachelor and the Bride"
Apollo Sunshine - "I Was on the Moon"
MxPx - "Everything Sucks (When You're Gone)"

Deeper Cuts:
Belle & Sebastian - "If She Wants Me"
Weakerthans - "Plea from a Cat Named Virtue"
